What do you get when you put five teenage girls together with a crazy Svengali? ….. MAYHEM! The Runaways burst onto the scene in 1975 with a 15 year old Cherie Currie out front screaming the instant classic ‘Cherry Bomb’!
Tombowler and Metropolis Touring Proudly Present
Performing their classic albums STATIC AGE and EARTH AD plus other classics.
From hell they came… in April 1977 at the dawn of the punk movement, THE MISFITS were born. They wound up making history and creating a legacy that has truly withstood the test of time. 30 years on THE MISFITS are generating more interest than ever before.
To celebrate this significant tombstone, THE MISFITS are going to fill your Christmas stockings with ghoulish delight because December’s exclusive Australia/ New Zealand tour will feature STATIC AGE and EARTH AD in full.
Bands across the ages have paid tribute to THE MISFITS including Guns ʻn Roses, My Chemical Romance, Prong, NOFX, Cradle Of Filth, Sick of It All and Metallica who covered no less than three MISFITS songs on “Garage Days Revisited”. The iconic “Fiend Skull”, which was once crudely painted on their equipment, leather jackets and everything they could get their hands on, has since become a staple in pop culture, and an instantly recognizable symbol worldwide.
STATIC AGE features the band’s earliest work including all time classics such as ‘Attitude’, ‘We Are 138’ and ‘Last Caress’. Their second album EARTH AD features “Die Die My Darling”, “Green Hell” and “Mommy, Can I Go Out And Kill Tonight”. But if that’s not enough raw meat to gorge yourself upon, you can bet you’ll be well satisfied with THE MISFITS Christmas cheer of “Astro Zombies”, “Hybrid Moments”, “Where Eagles Dare” and “Skulls”.
“When fans come to a Misfits show, they get a band who gets up there and gives them all they’ve got. We give them the real thing – that’s how we’ve always done it. At a show, everyone’s just part of the band, there’s no them and us – we’re all us.” Jerry Only – THE MISFITS
THE MISFITS have been preserved on determination bound by unequaled loyalty to their fans and the sheer will to survive. The ferocity and melody that has made THE MISFITS omnipresent and immortal sees the band continue to sell out shows and draw thousands of fans night after night around the globe.
So come on out Fiends – All hell will break loose when the kings of horror-rock drag humanity by the throat into a world of darkness filled with ghouls, goblins and creatures of the night. Move over Saint Nick, because when THE MISFITS are in town every day is Halloween!

With her latest album Lights Out still causing quite a stir, NYC songstress Ingrid Michaelson is excited to announce her return to Australia. After selling out her previous two tours, Michaelson returns for a string of endearingly quirky live shows in major cities.
Frontier Touring is thrilled to announce Grammy award-nominated, pop and R&B superstar Jessie J will return to Australia in March 2015 for a series of headline shows.
With swag loads of songs spanning multiple genres, Jessie J’s musical styling has redefined pop music for a generation. Blending vintage and modern music, Jessie J has been making waves since the release of full-length debut album Who You Are.
Global social media phenomenon LINDSEY STIRLING is returning to Australia this summer and will also perform in New Zealand for the first time.
One of the biggest artist development breakthrough stories in recent years, in February Stirling will return to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, where she played sell out shows in 2013, and will play debut shows in Perth, Adelaide and Auckland.
Architects will make their return to Australia in April 2015 for what will be their first national headline tour since 2010. In September 2014 they did two small capacity headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne, selling each of them out in less than 48 hours. Joining them for the ride will be Stick To Your Guns (USA), Being As An Ocean (USA) and Stories (AUS).
he Bronx don’t take their responsibility to deliver unforgettable nights to Australian audiences lightly. In anticipation of their arrival this June, the five-piece from Los Angeles have announced which quality local acts they will be sharing the stage with.
“Singing in an unfaltering voice, and projecting an exuberant air, Mr. John behaved more like a master of ceremonies than a guest of honor. His patter between songs was affable enough to defy the dimensions of the arena.” New York Times
“Elton played and sang awesomely, with gale-force gusto. Lord knows how many times he’s performed these songs, but somehow he still manages to sound as if he means every word of them.” The Telegraph UK
Chugg Entertainment is proud to present the much-lauded return of the one and only Elton John to Australia this summer.
Great things and monumental disasters often begin with words that run along lines like this, “I can’t promise that this will turn out well, but we’ll see”… Such words were spoken by Tom Iansek, guitarist/vocalist for Big Scary and erstwhile producer for Melbourne agents of devastatingly concise indie rock, Winter Street.
Former Tea Party frontman JEFF MARTIN forms new band with J Cortez (The Sleepy Jackson/The Armada) and Malcolm Clarke (The Sleepy Jackson/The Basement Birds).
The Jeff Martin 777 project officially came together in 2010. While Jeff spent the majority of the year touring constantly both here & abroad, inbetween shows, Jeff, J (bass) and long-time friend Malcolm (drums) would come together to knock out songs at Malcolm’s Yo-Yo Studio in Perth. The end result sees this super-tight trio come up trumps with their debut studio album, The Ground Cries Out.

|To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of his revolutionary album, THE PLEASURE PRINCIPLE, Gary Numan will make a welcome return to Australia and New Zealand this May to play the album as it was made: authentically and in its entirety.
The release of THE PLEASURE PRINCIPLE in 1979 was a defining moment in music history. Not only did it mark the birth of electro-pop, ushering in the new wave movement across the globe, but it also cemented Gary Numan as an innovator and pioneer in modern pop music. As Numan’s contemporary, Devo, states, “The Pleasure Principle is so original and cool and groundbreaking … nothing sounds like that today.”
|It’s been over 25 years since the legendary Uriah Heep have played on Australian soil. In that time we’ve witnessed a lot of changes to our musical landscape: the birth, death and rebirth of trends, musical marriages and mix-ups, assassinations and cultural revolutions, and of course the dawn of the digital age. Through all of this, Uriah Heep has ensured at least one constant on the horizon – a hard, heavy rock band that continues to deliver.|
