KNOTFEST, the destination festival brand curated by SLIPKNOT, is returning to Australia this year, and today we are thrilled to announce a horde of headline sideshows from some of the artists on the festival lineup.

In addition to their entirely sold out Adelaide headline sideshow, SLIPKNOT will also headline in Auckland on Tuesday 11 March, while A DAY TO REMEMBER are set to perform a one and only Australian headline show in Brisbane on Monday 3 March.

BABYMETAL, SLAUGHTER TO PREVAIL, WITHIN TEMPTATION, ENTER SHIKARI, HATEBREED, MISS MAY I, VENDED and SUNAMI will also perform their own headline sideshows this year, with the hill-hiking, metal music-loving stand up comic LUKE SEVEREID also set to head down under all the way from Seattle as part of KNOTFEST, interviewing bands at the festival and also performing his own sideshows.

Burning Witches are a Swiss Heavy/Power Metal band, founded in 2015 by rhythm guitarist Romana Kalkuhl. Burning Witches are Romana on rhythm, bassist Jeanine Grob, drummer Lala Frischknecht, singer Laura Guldemond and guitarist Courtney Cox.

 In August 2024, Frank Carter joined Paul Cook, Steve Jones, Glen Matlock of Sex Pistols for one of the most surprising and adored music events of the year. Members of one of the most influential rock bands of all time, plus life-long fan and modern-day punk icon Carter, performed the Sex Pistols’ iconic 1977 album Never Mind The Bollocks in full.

Tyler Hilton’s long-awaited Australian tour is just around the corner, with the U.S, favourite set to perform along the East Coast this February. Bringing his acclaimed catalogue of music, including 2024’s NO MAN’S LAND EP, to fans for his first shows since 2017, Hilton is ready and raring to go when it comes to reconnecting with the Australian fanbase and meeting newcomers to the fold with the release of his latest project.

Canadian folk band The East Pointers have just released a brand new single to welcome fans into 2025; an upbeat folk-pop track titled ‘Anniversary’. After announcing the pending arrival of the new single back on December 4th, marking what would have been the 40th birthday of dearly departed band member Koady Chaisson, The East Pointers (made up of Tim Chaisson and Jake Charron) remember Koady now with a sincere and loving song written in his honour. 2024 has been a monumental year for Glaser, starting with her standout performance at the Tom Brady Roast, which earned her viral attention and reinstated her title as “the best roaster on the planet”.
