It took just over a week for Kim’s second Melbourne show at The Corner Hotel to sell out, a third show slotted for Saturday February 14th is on sale now. It’s not only Melbournians who are tuning into this amazing multi-instrumentalist, his first Sydney show at the Oxford Arts Factory has sold out with a second show added on Thursday February 19th. Headline tours through Canada, the UK and Europe, signing a worldwide publishing deal with Sony ATV, opened for Billy Bragg, travel adventures and an upcoming Australian tour! Our Dominic Feain chats with Kim Churchill.

Yeah yeah, I’ve been touring Canada for the last month and a bit.

Bluesfest Byron Bay, Australia’s multi award winning 5 Day Festival, held over the Easter long weekend (17 – 21st of April) at its home, the Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm, north of Byron Bay, announces another instalment of exceptional artists who will be performing at Bluesfest for the 25th Anniversary Festival.
The latest announcement includes some of the best Australian Folk, Blues, Reggae, Funk, Soul, Groove, Hip-Hop and Dub artists, not to mention some of Australia’s youngest talent who are making waves internationally and a special reunion of a much loved 90’s era Australian band.
