This May, the highly anticipated “Wide Eyed Live” exhibition is making its comeback, after two successful years, with a spin in a different direction: Wide Eyed Live Vol.3 will be Australia’s first all female Live Music photography exhibition, directing its focus away from a strongly male dominated music industry. The showcase is based around some of Sydney’s most dedicated female photographers, who continuously rough it out in the photo pits, to capture the most vibrant shots from the current music scene and beyond.

KEITH URBAN – “ripCORD World Tour 2016” – Australian Tour Dates

Multi-Grammy and ARIA Award winning artist Keith Urban, who will release his eighth studio album RIPCORD on May 6th, has announced that he will be bringing his “ripCORD World Tour 2016”, home to Australia this December. The tour, which will feature the 7-time Grammy-award winning, multi-platinum superstar Carrie Underwood, will no doubt send Keith’s legion of fans here into a frenzy. Keith, whose concerts are always a non-stop, electrifying roller-coaster ride featuring world class production and a set-list jammed with all of his biggest hits, is known as one of the industry’s best live performers. In fact, it was following Keith’s 2014 tour, when he picked up the ARIA Award for Best Live Act.

London-based singer/producer/multi-instrumentalist Jack Garratt combines electric guitar, drum machines, keyboards, and an R&B-friendly falsetto to fashion smooth, club-ready electro-R&B anthems. Garratt released his self-written, self-performed, self-recorded, and largely self-produced debut album Phase in February to critical acclaim and was awarded triple j’s feature album. The beardy multi-instrumentalist has been dubbed ‘one to watch’ thanks to a support slot with Mumford & Sons, festival appearances at the Apple Music Festival and Radio 1’s Future Festival, sold-out shows in the UK and US and his breakout single ‘Weathered’, which was a favourite of Beats 1 host Zane Lowe and triple j. Garratt was the winner of the critics choice category at the 2016 Brit Awards and BBC Music Sound Poll of 2016.
