Steel Panther unleash ‘All You Can Eat’

Los Angeles sexiest, most glam rockers STEEL PANTHER are back, armed with the balls-to-the-wall, guitar rammed new album ‘All You Can Eat’, and it’s not a moment too soon. So far they’ve schooled us on ‘The Burden Of Being Wonderful’ and taught us how to ‘Party Like It’s The End Of The World’, now these legends, who are equal parts sex and guitar gods, will unleash such tracks as ‘She’s On The Rag’ , ‘Gang Back At The Old Folks Home’ and more. It’s a wall to wall party.

The Little Stevies “Attention Shoppers” Tour – April/May 2011 [Tour News]

Attention Shoppers was released on March 4th and The Little Stevies will be touring Australia in support, being joined by some very special guests along the way including Gossling, Georgia Fields, Adam Cousins, and New Zealands mutli-platinum selling star Anika Moa. These shows are not to be missed.

ATTENTION SHOPPERS album launch tour Having charmed the world with their enchanting 2009 debut Love Your Band The Little Stevies have upped the ante – and the volume – with their newest offering, Attention Shoppers. Recorded in the USA with LA-based producer Ethan Allan (Tim Finn, Kristin Hersh, Luscious Jackson), the new album is a break away for the more laid-back, folk-influenced style of their first, and takes the band’s sound into a poppier, slicker and harder-edged territory.

John Butler Trio - photo credit Polly Armstrong   The John Butler Trio’s first studio offering in three years, ‘APRIL UPRISING’ (independently released through MGM on March 26th), follows the much acclaimed 3 x platinum ‘Grand National’ album which cemented the band’s global success with sold out tours world wide.

‘APRIL UPRISING’ introduces new trio members Nicky Bomba on drums/percussion and Byron Luiters on bass and combines the personal, the political and the musically memorable with skill and passion.

‘APRIL UPRISING’ was introduced late last year with ‘One Way Road’, the incredibly catchy first single from the album. Taking out the number one spot on the national airplay charts three times this year, ‘One Way Road’ has been the most successful radio single to date for the JBT, the first entry being on the eve of their national sold out tour in January. It was also chosen as the lead track for the summer campaign of Channel 10’s new digital 24 hour sports channel One, and remains on high rotation on the station and it still holds the number one spot on the AIR 100% indie singles chart, which it’s held for 15 weeks now!

Augie March – Watch Me Disappear – Album Release

Available from Augie March - Watch Me Disappear

There’s little about Augie March that could be called everyday. With singer Glenn Richards’ distinctive voice, his sharp, literary lyrics and the band’s off-kilter rock ‘n’ roll, the Melbourne band has created a niche for itself in the past 12 years, one that has brought multiple awards, taken it around the world and attracted an ever-increasing and loyal fan-base in Australia and beyond.

The world Richards has created for Augie March’s fourth album, Watch Me Disappear, is certainly not everyday. Barbarians have breached its walls and are wallowing in the chaos. Muggers mug, killers kill, dragons with bulldog heads inhabit the pubs and a wealth of richly-drawn characters trade punches, kisses and everything in between. It’s a place of extraordinary beauty too, a beauty that offers escape from the evil, from the anarchy — from the everyday.
