Formed in an East Brisbane basement in 2015, alt-rockers Elba Lane are back with their sophomore album ‘Destinations’ (to be released mid-2019). The album follows on from their 2017 debut album Arctic and has been crafted through numerous live shows, demos and recording sessions over the past two years.

The first single ‘Destination Outer Space’ plots a bold new course for the band and sonically paves the way for their new more cohesive and powerful sound. The single stays true to Elba Lane’s core – layered guitar-infused melodies, driving drums, fuzzy solos and introspective lyrics.

Both the single and upcoming album are firmly situated within 90s rock of Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana as well as rock contemporaries Foo Fighters and QOTSA.

The single ‘Destination Outer Space’ is out on all major digital platforms Friday 18th of January, 2019.
