MGMT are coming to Falls this summer with their giant throwback psychedelic visuals, full live band – playing tunes from their new self titled album as well their masses of hits and crowd favourites. Get ready to transcend and transport!

They’re calling on a lucky ticket holder to join them onstage and help play an instrument at each of the Falls locations for the song ‘Your Life Is A Lie’! The instrument in question is a monstrously huge cowbell that looks like it would be more at home hanging round the neck of Godzilla. Canada’s Half Moon Run are gearing up for their triumphant return to Woodford Folk Festival, where the Australian buzz started for them last year. It was their critically acclaimed performance and subsequent tour that ignited social media with the spreading reputation ultimately leading to the play listing of their debut single “Full Circle” on triple j.

Fast forward nine months and the rest of the world has caught up, with the new single “Call Me In the Afternoon” setting the globe alight after a killer SXSW which saw the band signing to Glassnote Records and a string of worldwide tours with Mumford & Sons and Of Monsters and Men. Their album Dark Eyes got its international release in July via Glassnote and Universal and is available in Australia via indie label Indica.
