Having recorded their debut EP in LA with super producer, Eric Broucek of DFA Records fame, with the high hat help of drummer Jim Orso (Hot Chip / Holy Ghost!), Panama’s resume of ‘awesome’ is more elaborate than simply the company they keep.
A hugely successful 2012 saw the Sydney-based five-piece hijacking the #1 spot on Hype Machine with the title track to their debut EP “It’s Not Over”. The video clip for the anthemic offering has garnered over a quarter of a million views across vimeo and youtube.

Godspeed You! Black Emperor supports announced!
This February seminal Canadian post-rock collective Godspeed You! Black Emperor bring their heartrending live show to Australia for the first time. The band will headline shows in Sydney, Brisbane and a sold out Forum Theatre in Melbourne in February, as well as performing at Perth Festival and ATP’s ‘I’ll Be Your Mirror’.
