The Joynt’s ‘Little Day In’ – Brisbane – 20 January 2013

Celebrating the lack of Australian flags, cheek-baring denim shorts* and vapid posers, ‘Little Day In’ has rounded up Australia’s best in outlaw-country, swingin’ country, surf-rock, blues rock, rock’n’roll, Delta blues, voodoo blues, um, porno-country-folk-cabaret, and yeah, debauchery with horns. It’s going to be one of them days where you end up howling at the moon.

Featuring The Good Ship, Archer, Rattlehand, Cherrywood, Frank Sultana & The Sinister Kids, Papa Pilko & The Bin Rats, The Toot Toot Toots, and Brothers Grim & The Blue Murders, the ‘Little Day In’ has the Joynt erecting fences to keep the outlaws in, the faint-at-heart out, and the courtyard bar alive.
