With tickets to both the Lorne and Byron editions of The Falls Music & Arts Festival now sold-out, more acts have just been announced! Tickets to Marion Bay, Tasmania are currently on sale, check out the recent additions below and start thinking about your summer holiday plans.

BOOGIE NIGHTS UPDATE:
Due to illness, members of the Hot 8 Brass Band are no longer able to tour Australia this summer. They have been replaced with the 9-piece soul group Clairy Browne & The Bangin’ Rackettes! The fancy dress theme for Boogie Nights has also been set for this year and is Intergalactic.
FAMILY FALLS:
Marion Bay is an event for families of all shapes and sizes. Bring the kids along this summer, anyone 12 years or younger attends for free! There will be family only campgrounds where patrons with a brood can relax. The Village arts programming has numerous interactive activities to immerse the kids in creativity and fun throughout the festival; including circus workshops, craft corners, large scale sculpture classes, face painting stations, beauty salons, art parades and many more. The farm is spacious and sprawling so there is plenty of room to spread out and relax, either onsite or on the beach adjacent to the main arena.
CAMPING MADE EASY:
For those coming from afar there are plenty of options available to make the journey smooth and fuss free. The Gimme Shelter ticket options have been expanded, this ticket type is selling fast, providing patrons with a tent already set up on arrival and a sleeping mat, saving pitching and packing time. Tepee Life is also a handy selection where ticket holders can hire the use of 2,4 or 6 man tepee made with fun designs from discarded corporate advertising banners.
TRAVEL:
Best to book your travel early, check out the Falls website for all of your options. Review all of the budget airlines flying into Hobart, Launceston and Devenport. Buses to the festival site are available, Redline will take you from the North of Hobart to the festival and back and Belbins will pick you up and drop you off at the Hobart Airport.
