Melbourne’s indie darlings, Skipping Girl Vinegar are proud to announce the national launch tour for their highly anticipated second album, ’Keep Calm, Carry the Monkey’. Expect to be overwhelmed and uplifted from Skipping Girl Vinegar’s acclaimed songwriting to their hook-riddled, acoustic, hobo-pop.

This heart-warming band is a must see experience. Rich with melody and classic sing-along choruses, be transformed into the new woodland set that features their own posse of animals, retro telephones, Op Shop finds, banjo guitars, violin, fuzz bass, home-made baked goods, and hard rubbish rediscovered in musical form. Wowing audiences at many of Australia’s premier festivals including Splendour In The Grass, The Falls Festival, Sunset Sounds, Port Fairy Folk Festival, Pyramid Rock and supporting the likes of The Lemonheads (USA), Something for Kate, Shout Out Louds (Sweden), Little Birdy, Missy Higgins and Angus & Julia Stone.

The album launch tour will feature favourites from their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Sift the Noise and showcasing material from the new album in stores on the 7th of May. ‘Keep Calm Carry the Money’ features the lead single ‘Here She Comes’ that is receiving rave reviews across the country including ‘Single of the Week’ in The Herald Sun and radio rotation on Triple J and Community radio across the country.
