Following the captivating introduction via her debut single WHO SHOT THE BIRD DOWN in late 2012, KATHRYN ROLLINS has now unveiled her second, equally intriguing single and video for RECKLESS. The new single also coincides with the announcement of the release of Rollins’ debut EP, also titled RECKLESS and set for an APRIL 19 launch.

After finding a label home with Dirt Diamond Productions, the production of the Reckless EP was helmed by Kav Temperley (Eskimo Joe, Basement Birds), with the creative duo spending many hours experimenting with different production styles and arrangements to find the right sound. Dowsed with equal measures of fierceness and vulnerability, the EP is stamped with a tone of emotional rawness, fearlessly delivered by the young Western Australian artist.

With the additional accolades of securing a high profile sync in Australian series, Wentworth, and ABC Music coming on-board to partner Dirt Diamond Productions for her debut release, Rollins is certainly painting her stripes as an artist you’ll who will command your attention in 2013.
