Our esteemed Media Partners – The Music Network, MTV, MySpace and a Street Press Collective have each chosen one artist as their media pick, to automatically secure a spot in the semi-finals, which starts on 22nd May. So far we have Brisbane band Ellington selected by The Music Network, Sydney’s Death Mattel selected by MTV and Melbourne outfit Hot Little Hands chosen by MySpace. Now, we are proud to announce the final media pick of this competition – Sydney songstress Sui Zhen, selected by the Street Press Collective!

The Street Press Collective comprises of six street press magazines from around the nation – Tsunami (QLD), The Brag (Sydney), Beat (Melbourne), Rip It Up (Adelaide), Scene Magazine (QLD) and X Press (Perth). A representative from each mag trekked to Sydney to debate, decide and deliver the Street Press Collective media pick.
