Frenchman Simon Pagenaud and Brazilian Augusto Farfus will drive the Fujitsu Racing Holden at the Armor All Gold Coast 600

  A relationship forged almost 30 years ago has led to the latest international signing for this year’s Armor All Gold Coast 600, October 21-23 2011.

Fujitsu Racing/GRM owner, Garry Rogers, raced a BMW with Bob Jane in Australia in the mid 1980s and during the relationship the pair visited Schnitzer BMW in Germany where they attended a few endurance events, including the Spa 24-hour with team Principal, Charlie Lamm.

  After a recent and successful tour of the United States Of America, 18 year old Perth singer/songwriter VEE returns to her native Perth to perform her most anticipates shows to date.

  It has become a well known fact that New South Wales band Art vs. Science do not put on any ordinary live show. What they create is more than music, what they do is more than mere entertainment, and the allure of their act has had them selling out venues nationwide on their recent ‘The Experiment’ tour. As expected, their concluding performance at The Tivoli in Brisbane was an evening of riotous fun, insane dancing and marvellous spectacle.

  Fresh from abandoning their major label relationship and the release of their long-awaited sophomore album ‘Don’t Say We Didn’t Warn You’, British electro punks Does It Offend You, Yeah? announce a series of Australian sideshows in August to coincide with their appearance at the 2011 Splendour In The Grass festival.

The 5-piece from Reading, UK, burst on to the international music scene in 2008 with the release of their debut album, ‘You Have No Idea What You’re Getting Yourself Into’.

That same year, the band became the ninth most-listened-to new band of 2008 on last.fm, was included in the Best Alternative Music list of 2008 on iTunes USA, and was crowned as the 2008 Rolling Stone Breaking Artist.

The Mark Of Cain announce new album ‘Songs Of The Third & Fifth’

  In early 2008 brothers John and Kim Scott met up with drummer John Stanier in Adelaide, after his band, Battles completed the national Big Day Out tour. The trio entered Broadcast Studio to begin work on their fifth studio LP. In 2011, after years of writing, recording, finding time around day jobs, day-to-day life and refining across continents, Songs Of The Third & Fifth is almost ready to be released.

Produced by the band, recorded in Adelaide and mixed by Forrester Savell (Karnivool, Cog, Birds Of Tokyo) in Melbourne, Songs Of The Third & Fifth will be The Mark Of Cain’s first release in ten years.
