After hitting the road in April, The Incredible Kicks will be wrapping up their tour in Brisbane, delivering a taste of what’s to come, with their brand new single –“Any Excuse”.
Painting the picture of a quirky little love story, “Any Excuse” is a delightfully catchy song laden with sweet melodies and three-part harmonies. In a dynamic shift for the band, Any Excuse demonstrates The Incredible Kicks wearing their “Pop-Rock” shoes and socks. A popular crowd favourite at live shows this cruisy song has a bright summer feel going on, not suitable for manic depressives, and probably not appropriate for a funeral unless it’s on the Californian coast. An uplifting song with a great vibe leaving listeners on a high.
