Sydney band Red Remedy – second EP, The Waste.

Produced by Tom Larkin and Ben Ehrenberg (Calling All Cars, Shihad, Strangers, Closure in Moscow), the first single from the forthcoming EP will be “Love this Machine”.

Working with Larkin/Ehrenberg has pushed Red Remedy to draw from a wider variety of influences, scrounging various sub-genres to fuse elements of punk, metal, hardcore, rock and stoner, culminating in a darker, more aggressive shift to their overall tone.

Thematically, this EP offers some rugged sentiments focusing on ambition, humility, frustration and submission.

Since forming in 2010, Red Remedy have supported artists such as Floating Me, 12 Foot Ninja, Engine, Sleep Parade, Jerrico, Breaking Orbit, The Dead Love and Thousand Needles in Red.

They received TV airplay for their videos and airplay across local Sydney radio. Their EP will take them to the next level and a national audience.

The band has confirmed an east coast tour through October and November
