Kick The Butterfly to play The Zoo, Brisbane on July 10th, 2013

Kick The Butterfly, one of Brisbane’s newest Prog Rock bands, are playing at the Zoo, Brisbane on July 10th with Imerius Rex and Ages of Earth.

Kick The Butterfly was formed by Dominic Carmody and Martin Brunner in late 2012 with a goal to combine and layer the best elements of our influences and inspiration for the insane, the chaotic and the melodic.
After a long and painful search KTB recruited the unstoppable Liam Airey (Drums) and Dudley Grabsch in early 2013.

Influences are eclectic – including but not limited to Opeth, Animals as leaders, Faith no more, Mastodon, Tool, Sinatra, Soundgarden, YJM, Helloween and more.
