A new band with old school, heavy, calssic punk and rock roots but also a band with a fresh attitude of fire and urgency. Nightmare Music will bring this new band to Australia for the first time this May/June for their debut tour.

With a catalogue of some of the biggest hits of the 90’s including “Creep”, “Aint Too Proud To Beg” and #1 selling single “Waterfalls” through to three Top 5 hits in Australia – “No Scrubs”, “Diggin On You”, and “Unpretty” in the early 2000’s, TLC have left an indelible mark on the music industry. Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas recently started touring again, and caught the world’s attention with the 2013 release of their VH1 Biopic “Crazy Sexy Cool” which chronicles their rise to fame and their struggles along the way. KATE MILLER-HEIDKE announces national album tour!

The album playfully redefines the boundaries of her unique style of indie pop whilst pushing her voice into uncharted vocal terrain. Made possible by the support of Kate’s army of loyal fans who funded the album through PledgeMusic in a record-breaking 3 days, it was released in March and garnered rave reviews along with a top 5 debut on the ARIA album chart.

Kate launched the album to her fans in capital cities with a sold-out series of intimate acoustic shows, featuring long-term collaborator Keir Nuttall on guitar and musical freak-genius John Rodgers on violin and piano. The trio will now embark on an extensive tour of regional centres to premiere songs from O Vertigo!, along with old favourites. Tickets for Kate Miller-Heidke’s national tour go on sale Thursday 22 May.

Joe Bonamassa has just announced his 2014 Australian tour dates. Kicking off in Sydney on September 14, the tour finishes up a week later in Perth on September 21, after performances in Adelaide and Melbourne.

The new live show will offer two stellar band line-ups with Joe Bonamassa dividing the show in half, offering audiences both a full acoustic and full electric set. This will be Bonamassa’s first time performing a full acoustic set in Australia for local audiences.

The original members of Veruca Salt, Nina Gordon, Louise Post, Steve Lack and Jim Shapiro recently announced an epic reunion tour that seems them playing their first shows together since 1998, and we are stoked to say Australia has been included in those plans which will see them here in September!

Born in Chicago in 1993 out of singer-songwriter-guitarists Louise Post and Nina Gordon’s desire for a dreamy-grunge band with influences like Big Star, My Bloody Valentine and the Pixies, they soon made the transition from cutesy pop upstarts to big league wet dream rock queens and became one of the most important bands of the 90’s in the process. Their sugary sweet vocal harmonies sat perfectly with their huge fuzzy rawk riffs and it sounded oh so good!

At the first show (27th), Meat Puppets will play a short ACOUSTIC set that will include much-loved Puppets songs ‘Oh Me’, ‘Lake of Fire’ and ‘Plateau’ (best known from the performance with Nirvana, during the band’s iconic MTV Unplugged set in 1993).
