VIQUEEN release “Spill Your Guts” (Party Animal Official Video)

SF Bay Area-based all-female rockers VIQUEEN (pronounced VY-kween, as in “Viking”) are truly a force with which to be reckoned. The moniker of these fierce rockers is inspired by a female Superpower, one who inherits the fighting qualities of hammer-wielding Nordic warriors. With their debut album, “Spill Your Guts”, the girls come, weapons in hand, to spill their own deepest secrets and desires as well as the implied threat that real blood could be spilt in the process.

Tour News : Luca Brasi – The “Let It Slip” Tour

Tasmanian rock outfit Luca Brasi have today announced a small run of intimate shows along the east coast. With the band’s last tour selling out big rooms across the country alongside appearances at Falls, Laneway and Splendour In The Grass festivals, these shows will be a return to the quartet’s favoured haunts – dark, sweaty clubs, loud music and louder singalongs.

Tour News : 360 – Vintage Modern Tour 2018

After earning critical acclaim and debuting at #1 on the ARIA Australian Album Charts in October with his comeback album Vintage Modern, Melbourne rapper 360 is set to kick off his Vintage Modern National Tour – a massive all-ages outing across Australia, his first in over three years. Taking in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne, these shows will be the first chance for the wider public to catch 360, not to mention his longtime best friend and collaborator PEZ, after a string of sold out intimate shows in 2017.

Deer Tick Announce Australian Headline Shows In March

After the announcement their headline appearance at Victoria’s favourite boutique festival, Boogie, and opening slots for Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, the hell-raising rockers Deer Tick are coming back to Australia to play headline shows in , BRISBANE, SYDNEY and MELBOURNE for the first time since 2013. On their last visit to Australia John McCauley told The Music Magazine – “I mean we always try to put on a good show, and when we don’t we generally feel pretty bad about it. But I think seeing us live makes our records make a little bit more sense. There’s not a lot of bands around now that do what we do, which is anything that we fucking want”

Benjamin Booker announces Sydney and Melbourne Bluesfest sideshows


Bluesfest Touring, FBi Radio and RRR are proud to announce that Benjamin Booker will play Sydney and Melbourne around his highly anticipated Bluesfest appearances. Based in New Orleans Booker draws his influence from post-War electric Blues, and garage punk. In 2017 he released ‘Witness’ an album that he created in response to the racial tensions facing America in 2017. The title track features civil rights icon and Bluesfest favourite Mavis Staples and is an anthem which demands listeners to answer the question: “Am I going to be a Witness?” and in today’s world, “Is that enough?” Booker creates powerful music, that is as exhilarating and well-crafted as it is significant.
