Perth singer/songwriter Riley Pearce escaped to the rocky mountains of Montana, USA, for some clean air and a new perspective. After six months, he left with an EP full of new songs, ‘The Lines’ recorded and mixed by Andy Lawson of Debaser Studios (Eskimo Joe, Rainy Day Women), is due in store Feb 26th 2016. ‘Brave’ is the first single off that EP.

“I wrote Brave in the weeks leading into a six month stay in Montana, it was largely based around the inevitable separation from loved ones that would come from such a long trip. I wanted to make it relatable to a lot of people going through the same thing, but for me it was about my little brother.” Riley Pearce

The clip for ‘Brave’ was directed by Christian Niddrie and starring Greenfield’s Ethan Thomas & Lurking Woods’ Chloe Brown tells the story of a couple dealing with the fact that there’s about to be a lengthy period apart from each other.

Since releasing his debut EP ‘We Are Fools’ in mid 2013, Riley has supported the likes of Kim Churchill, Josh Pyke, Lisa Mitchell & The Preatures, he will hit the road this month and next for shows in his homes state of WA, dates are below. An East Coast tour announcement will follow in the coming weeks.
