Sydney’s favourite singer-songwriter Josh Pyke brought his sweet indie-pop for a sold out Twilight performance on the Taronga Zoo concert on Friday night. Warming up the crowd ahead of the main set was Central Coast duo Winterbourne, whose easy-listening folk rock kept spirits high. Once Josh Pyke took the stage, the amphitheatre was filled with the sound of his audience singing along to the catchy hooks and beautiful harmonies he has become renowned for as he performed songs from his most recent album But For All These Shrinking Hearts.
Due to severe weather conditions, Tex Perkins’ Far From Folsom Prison Tribute was cancelled, however we are pleased to announce a rescheduled performance, with special guest Vic Simms on Sunday 28 February 2016. All existing tickets (for entry to the event and hampers) will be honoured – simply bring your current tickets and hamper voucher to the rescheduled show.
