With the wildly successful second year under their belt, the sustainable boutique festival has been making a name for itself, showcasing a diverse mix of acts and a chilled vibe that punters enjoy. Campsites will once again be heaving with silent discos and curated parties as the festival expands into five stages (including a new ‘secret’ area), clad with markets, pop-up bars, live art and installations.

Early bird tickets have now sold out and so first release are now on offer for $89 + BF.

Once again returning to the picturesque surrounds of Mount Penang Parklands in Kariong, NSW, the festival is situated halfway between Sydney and Newcastle. Festivalgoers will have the opportunity to take in the natural beauty and cultural delights of the Central Coast as well as a chance to sleep under the glowing stars, with the option to camp on Friday and Saturday night.

Mountain Sounds is a proudly local, environmentally sustainable event, priding itself on providing a platform to support local artists, business and the wider community. Having grown up locally, event organisers are passionate about the local area and will be taking care to prevent negative environmental impact and reducing the carbon footprint.
