Hot Little Hands   Q. Now hang on a minute, I’ve heard of your tunes on the radio, you’ve already released an album and you’re touring around the country…don’t you want to give some poor, struggling band a chance?

Hot Little Hands: It’s Splendour! If we play it then we can die as happy campers! … Not that we’ll ever die…

Q. Ok, positive question, if you win, what part of the prize package are you looking forward to the most…playing Splendour or the development package?

Hot Little Hands: Playing Splendour. Playing festivals are like inventing sliced bread, but 1000 times more fun and exciting!

Q. Sooo many bands and solo artists entered this competition. Why do you think your music stood out?
Hot Little Hands: We asked Malcolm Turnbull to get his tough guys on to it.

Q. What’s your strategy for securing the most votes?
Hot Little Hands: That’s top secret. But it involves a lot of Vegemite.

Q. How important are competitions like uncharTED for emerging bands?
Hot Little Hands: Incredibly! There are so many great reasons. Mainly it gives bands to opportunity to play in front of heaps of people and get a whole lot of the right media attention.
