ABOUT THE ARTISTS

The Getaway Plan are one of Australia’s biggest rock drawcards and have proven themselves time and time again as mainstays of the festival and touring circuit, in Australia and internationally. They have released 3 albums and played almost every large touring festival Australia has to offer. They have toured with My Chemical Romance and The Used and are returning to the touring circuit now with new management, a new member and a completely independent release to promote as part of their Lovesick Tour.

Evil Eddie served as front man for the two time Aria award nominated and Apra award winning Hip Hop/Punk outfit Butterfingers from 2001, and since the band’s official hiatus in 2010, Eddie has gone on to release numerous singles, an EP and the brand new album ‘Welcome to Flavour Country’ as a solo artist. As an ode to his home state the first single off ‘Welcome To Flavour Country’ was aptly titled ‘Queensland’ and managed to secure number No.86 in Triple J’s esteemed ‘Hottest 100’ competition for 2010, while the video for ‘Queensland’ has received over 200,000 views on YouTube to date.

Electric Horse have carved themselves a name as heavy hitters in the Aussie hard-rock scene. The band is fresh off releasing the stellar debut album ‘Venomous’ which was released in Feb 2013. The album follows the underground success of their 2010 EP Translations, which saw them tour with the likes of Karnivool, Shihad & Dead Letter Circus. They performed at the 2011 Gold Coast Big Day Out alongside bands such as Deftones, Ramstein & Iggy Pop and continued to tour Australia on their own headline dates.

Such is the force of this ever intensifying myth, Jericco has to date shared the stage with well-established luminaries such as Mammal, Dead Letter Circus, Karnivool, The Eternal and The Getaway Plan, as well as headlining many of their own sold out shows across this wide brown land of ours. Every punter carries with them an unforgettable experience, and they’ve been spreading the word nationwide after every show. They have been selling out venues nationwide on their ‘Beautiful in Danger’ LP release tour.

The Blackwater Fever have performed at major festivals such as The Big Day Out, Blues Fest, Peats Ridge, Festival Of The Sun and Valley Fiesta. They have opened for the likes of The Black Keys, Heavy Trash, Birds Of Tokyo, The Datsuns, Calling All Cars, Tame Impala, Violent Soho, Mia Dyson and The Mess Hall. The Blackwater Fever have had considerable radio airplay with Triple J, Triple R, PBS and internationally in the USA and Europe. Their music has featured on the HBO and ABC television networks and been the soundtrack for Benetton and Quiksilver campaigns, plus Australian feature films, The Tunnel and The Crossing.
