‘ALONE & TOGETHER’ Tour!

Inspired by collaborating and co-producing an EP of acoustic remakes of tracks from Spencer’s debut album together (due for release in November), as well as working together on Spencers live shows both here in Australia and in the UK, Danielle Spencer & Steve Balbi have joined forces for a series of co-headline shows and are excited to announce the Alone & Together Tour.

The Alone & Together shows will be an intimate night of music showcasing each artist’s original work with the pair performing alone and together. Spencer will perform in stripped back mode with her band, while Balbi will perform acoustically, accompanied by Scott Aplin (Silverchair, Noiseworks) as well as the two teaming up to perform some tracks together.

It has been a busy year for Spencer continuing to work live and promoting the release of her album ‘Calling All Magicians’. She supported Chris Isaak on a run of outdoor shows across the east coast in March, adding a few of her own shows in April. Joined Sir Bob Geldof and performed at his invitation on the Rock & Rebuild charity event in May, and recently returning from Canada where she performed two nights at the sold-out ‘Indoor Garden Parties’ in Newfoundland.

Showing no sign of slowing down, Danielle has also agreed to perform at Cancer Australia’s ‘Pink Ribbon Breakfast’, an annual charity event raising funds for research into breast cancer. Spencer & Balbi kick off their ‘Alone & Together’ tour in Sydney next month and have recorded the David Bowie classic ‘Ashes To Ashes’ together which is available for FREE DOWNLOAD from Spencer’s Facebook page at:
